Information you provide

When you create an account, we receive your username, email address, and password. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, not as readable text.

When you submit a coin, we also receive the contract address, token name, symbol, image link, description, bid amount, selected payment network, and transaction identifier you provide.

Information collected during use

We record basic activity needed to run the platform, such as listing views, detail opens, account sessions, and the time an action occurred. The server may also process standard connection information, including an IP address and browser request details, for security and rate limiting.

Public information

MemeBid is built around public token listings. A listed token’s name, symbol, image, contract address, network, bid, rank, market data, and description can be seen by anyone.

Blockchain transactions are also public. Once a transaction is recorded on-chain, MemeBid cannot erase it from the network.

How information is used

We use information to:

• create and secure user accounts;
• publish, rank, and manage token listings;
• verify supported on-chain payments;
• show creators views and click activity;
• prevent duplicate payments, abuse, and unauthorized access;
• maintain the service and investigate technical problems;
• comply with valid legal obligations.

Sessions and browser storage

After sign-in, MemeBid stores a session token in your browser so you remain logged in. This token identifies your session; it does not contain your password. Signing out or clearing site storage removes it from that browser, while expired sessions stop working automatically.

External data and infrastructure

MemeBid uses public blockchain infrastructure and may use services such as DexScreener to retrieve token and market information. Requests involving a contract address or transaction may be processed by those providers under their own privacy policies.

Images submitted as external links are loaded from the host chosen by the creator. That host may receive ordinary connection information from a visitor’s browser.

When information is shared

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with infrastructure providers that help operate MemeBid, when needed to investigate abuse or protect the platform, or when required by a valid legal process.

Public listing and blockchain information is not confidential and may be copied or indexed by other services.

How long information is kept

Account and listing records are kept while they are needed to provide the service, handle disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Security and activity records may be kept for a shorter operational period. Public blockchain data remains subject to the rules of its network.

Security

We use password hashing, access controls, rate limits, and standard web security headers to protect the platform. No internet service can promise perfect security, so use a unique password and do not share account credentials.

MemeBid will never ask for your wallet seed phrase or private key.

Your choices

You may ask the platform administrator to correct or delete account information, subject to records we must keep for security, payment verification, disputes, or legal compliance. Removing an account does not remove data already published on a blockchain or copied by third parties.

Children

MemeBid is not intended for children. Do not create an account if you are below the minimum age required to use online financial or crypto-related services where you live.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy when the platform, its providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
