Terms of Service
These terms explain how MemeBid works, what a bid pays for, and what we expect from everyone who uses the platform.
Effective August 21, 2026Using MemeBid
By creating an account, browsing listings, or submitting a coin, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement in the country where you live. If you use MemeBid for a company or project, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the platform.
What the platform does
MemeBid is a discovery and ranking platform for meme coins. Creators submit a token and choose a bid. Once payment is verified, the token appears in the live ranking. Higher bids generally rank above lower bids.
A bid pays for ranking position on MemeBid. It does not buy an endorsement, guaranteed traffic, trading volume, investment performance, or approval from MemeBid.
Your account
You are responsible for the information submitted through your account and for keeping your password secure. Use accurate account details and a password you do not use elsewhere.
Tell the platform administrator promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account. We may restrict an account while we investigate suspicious activity.
Submitting a coin
You may only submit a token that you are permitted to represent. The token name, image, description, contract address, and other information you provide must not be deceptive or infringe another person’s rights.
You remain responsible for your project and its claims. MemeBid may pull public market information from third-party sources, but you should review the listing before continuing.
Bids and payments
The amount shown during checkout is the amount required for the selected position. Payments must use the supported asset, network, and receiving address shown on the payment screen. Network fees are separate.
Sending the wrong token, using the wrong network, or paying an incorrect address may result in permanent loss. Blockchain transactions cannot normally be reversed. Verified payments are final except where a refund is required by law or expressly approved by MemeBid.
Ranking and availability
Positions can change whenever another verified bid is added. A particular rank is not guaranteed for a fixed period unless the platform clearly says otherwise at checkout.
We work to keep MemeBid available and its information current, but networks, data providers, maintenance, and technical faults can cause delays or temporary outages.
What is not allowed
Do not use MemeBid to:
- promote a fraudulent, stolen, malicious, or illegal token;
- impersonate another person, company, project, or brand;
- publish false information or hide material facts about a token;
- interfere with the platform, probe its security, or automate abusive traffic;
- launder funds, evade sanctions, or break applicable financial laws;
- upload harmful code or attempt to access another user’s account.
Removal and account action
We may hide or remove a listing, reject a submission, or restrict an account when we reasonably believe it is fraudulent, unlawful, unsafe, misleading, infringing, or harmful to the platform or its users. We may also act to comply with a legal request or protect service reliability.
Removal does not automatically create a right to a refund, particularly when the user broke these terms.
Crypto risk
Meme coins are highly volatile and can lose most or all of their value. A listing or rank on MemeBid is not financial advice and should not be treated as evidence that a token is safe, legitimate, liquid, or suitable for purchase.
Research tokens independently. You are responsible for your own trading, wallet, tax, and legal decisions.
Third-party services
MemeBid may use public blockchain networks, RPC providers, market-data services, block explorers, and external websites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, fees, security, or policies.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MemeBid is not responsible for token losses, price changes, failed projects, wallet compromise, incorrect transfers, network fees, third-party outages, or decisions made using listing information.
Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform changes. The effective date at the top will show when the latest version began. Continuing to use MemeBid after an update means you accept the revised terms.
